摘要
手机依赖是不恰当或者过度地使用手机,并对身心健康造成危害的一种成瘾行为。青少年手机依赖现象已越来越普遍。以往研究对青少年手机依赖的概念、测量、危害及影响因素等进行了比较深入的探讨。未来应加强手机依赖的理论建构,加强手机依赖测量工具的研究,进一步探索手机依赖的形成机制及其后果变量,以及开展青少年手机依赖的干预研究。
Mobile phone dependence is a kind of addictive behavior which is inappropriate or excessive use of mobile phone and cause a harm to physical and mental health. Mobile phone dependence has been becoming more and more common in adolescent. Previous studies investigated the definition, measurement, harm and influence factors of mobile phone dependence in adolescent in depth. Theoretical construction, measurement tools, formation mechanism, consequences variables and intervention of mobile phone dependence in adolescent should be explored in future studies.
