微创松解颈肩部阳性点和脂肪垫治疗颈椎病疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Minimally Invasive Lysis of the Positive Points and Fat Pads on Neck and Shoulder for Cervical Spondylosis

目的：探讨微创松解颈肩部阳性点和脂肪垫治疗颈椎病的疗效.方法：30例颈椎病患者均采用微创松解颈肩部阳性点和脂肪垫治疗,观察其临床疗效.结果：治愈1例,显效20例,好转6例,无效3例,总有效率为90.0%.结论：微创松解治疗对因颈椎生物力学失衡引起的颈椎病有良好疗效,是颈椎病的有效治疗方法之一.

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive lysis of the positive points and fat pads on neck and shoulder for cervical spondylosis. Methods：30 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were all treated by minimally invasive lysis of the positive points and fat pads on neck and shoulder, and observed their efficacy. Results：1 case was cured, 20 cases had marked effect, 6 cases turned better and 3 cases invalid, the total effective rate was 90.0%. Conclusion：The treatment of minimally invasive lysis has a good effect on the cervical spondylosis that caused by cervical biomechanical imbalance, which is one of the effective treatments for cervical spondylosis.
