摘要
目的:探讨个体化健康教育对2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者的影响.方法:42例2型糖尿病患者按患者意愿分为干预组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,干预组采取个体化健康教育,对照组采取群体健康教育,6个月后比较两组患者治疗依从性,测定患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及体重指数(BMI).结果:干预后干预组SDS评分、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、BMI均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);6个月后干预组治疗依从性显著高于对照组(P〈0.01).结论:个体化健康教育予以心理疏导能改善2型糖尿病伴抑郁患者的管理效果,提高患者生存质量.
Objective:To explore the influence of individualized health education on patients with depression of type 2 diabetes. Methods:42 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, based on routine treatment, intervention group adopt-ed individual health education, control group with group health education, after 6 months treatment compliance of two groups were compared, and fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and body mass index (BMI) were mea-sured. Results:SDS score, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and BMI of intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group after the interven-tion (P〈0.05);after 6 months the treatment compliance of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.01). Conclu-sion:Individual health education of psychological counseling can improve the management effect and life quality of patients with depression of type 2 diabetes.
