86例全子宫切除术护理体会及并发症预防

The Nursing Experience of 86 Cases of Complete Hysterectomy Patients and Their Prevention of Complications

目的：探讨全子宫切除术患者围术期护理及并发症预防的效果.方法：86例全子宫切除术患者随机平分为研究组与对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组予以围术期护理并加强并发症预防,对比两组患者手术成功率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率.结果：两组患者手术成功率、手术时间、术中出血量比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;研究组住院时间与并发症发生率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：加强全子宫切除术患者围术期护理及并发症预防可提高康复效果,减少并发症,值得借鉴.

Objective：To investigate the effect of the perioperative nursing on complete hysterectomy patients and their prevention of complications. Methods：86 cases of complete hysterectomy patients were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group, the control group imple-mented conventional nursing, while study group received perioperative nursing and enhanced complications prevention, compared the success rate of operation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and occurrence rate of complications of two groups. Results：There was no significant difference of success rate of operation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss between two groups （P〉0.05）; the hospitalization time and occurrence rate of complications of study group were both significantly better than those of control group （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：Enhancing the perioperative nursing and prevention of complications for complete hysterectomy patients can improve their recovery effect and reduce complica-tions, which is relevant.
