甘肃省近年来育成冬小麦品种主要农艺性状的遗传多样性分析 被引量:22

摘要 为进一步挖掘甘肃省冬小麦种质资源潜力,对甘肃省近10年来审定的70个冬小麦品种的8个数量性状进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,不孕小穗数的变异系数最大,为36.29%;小穗数的变异系数最小。为8.27%;株高、穗下节长、千粒重、穗长的变异系数为10.00%-15.00%,遗传变异幅度较为平缓。穗下节长的遗传多样性指数(H')最高(2.30),株高的遗传多样性指数最低(1.77)。8个数量性状的聚类分析结果显示,70个冬小麦品种在欧式遗传距离D=17处分为3大类群,其中第Ⅰ类群可作为增产材料供育种选择,第Ⅱ类群可作为抗倒材料供育种选择。 To exploit germplasms potentialities of winter wheat in Gansu province,the genetic diversity of 70 winter wheat varieties released in Gansu province in recent 10 years had be analyzed based on 8 agronomic characters. The results showed that the variation coefficient of sterile spikelet number was the maximum (36.29%), and the varia- tion coefficient of spikelet number was the minimum ( 8.27% ). The variation coefficients of plant height, spike length ,length of uppermost internode and 1000 -grain weight were ranged from 10% to 15%, so the variation range was gentle. Moreover, the genetic diversity index of spike length was the maximum(2.30), and the genetic diversity index of plant height was the minimum ( 1.77 ). Furthermore, 70 winter wheat varieties had been divided into 3 groups by clustering analysis. The yield in group 1 and the lodging resistance in group 2 were better and they could be used for winter wheat breeding.
