摘要
采用遗传背景清晰的22份玉米自交系作为参照,利用SNP标记从分子水平对玉米陕单609(91227×昌7-2)的杂种优势模式进行分析。结果显示,24份材料的SNP标记平均检出率为0.93;2 704个SNP标记的平均多态性信息含量(PIC)为0.32。遗传距离和聚类分析结果表明,91227与来源于Reid种质的PH6WC、郑58和掖478等自交系遗传距离较近,而与来源于Lancaster种质的Mo17、来源于塘四平头种质的昌7-2距离较远。遗传距离较远可能是陕单609具有较强杂种优势的遗传基础,推断陕单609的杂种优势模式为Reid×塘四平头。
The heterosis pattern of hybrid ' Shandan 609' was analyzed on molecular level by SNP markers through 22 reference lines with clear genetic background. By genotyped with SNP makers, average detection percent was 0. 93 for 24 materials and average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.32 for 2 704 SNP markers. Ge- netic distances and UPGMA analysis showed that the female parent 91227 was the nearest relationship with PH6WC (0.218) which belonged to Reid group, and the farthest relationship with the male parent Chang 7 -2 (0.771 ) which belonged to Tangsipingtou (SPT) group. Therefore, Shandan 609 possesses high yield potential. It was inferred that the heterosis pattern of Shandan 609 belonged Reid × SPT.
