夏播绿豆不同品种产量与主要农艺性状的相关分析 被引量:27

Correlation Analysis between Yield and Main Agronomical Traits of Summer Mung Bean

摘要 选用16份绿豆品种为试验材料,研究产量与主要农艺性状之间的相关性。结果表明,产量与单株荚数和单荚粒数呈极显著正相关,而与生育期、株高和荚长呈极显著或显著负相关。偏相关分析表明,产量与株高、单株荚数和百粒重呈显著或极显著相关。通径分析显示,主茎节数、百粒重和单株荚数对产量的直接效应最大。高产育种选择中,应考虑到绿豆农艺性状之间的相互关系,实现各性状之间最佳关系,达到产量最大化目标。 Correlation analysis between yield and main agronomical traits of summer mung bean was studied using sixteen varieties as materials in 2013 and 2014. The results showed that the yield had significantly positive relation- ship with pod number and grain number, but had significantly negative correlation with growth period, plant height and pod length. Partial correlation analysis showed that the yield had significant or very significant relationship with plant height, pod number and 100 - grain weight. Path-coefficient analysis revealed that the direct effect of 100 - grain weight, node number of main stem and pod number was the largest of all. For the high yield in the future, we should pay more attention to the relationship between yield and agronomical traits to achieve the best balance among the various traits on the breeding program.
