世界眼光与话语体系辨析

意识形态以解释性、理论性的话语体系为依托和表现形式,话语体系必然内含某种意识形态的解释方法、价值取向和实践理性。现实要求我们,必须突破以往狭隘的眼光,在世界眼光中重建马克思主义意识形态话语体系。"世界眼光"的理论基础蕴含在马克思"世界历史"理论和沃勒斯坦"世界体系"理论之中,其理论逻辑在于逻辑起点与分析单位的关系,并在方法论角度启示我们只有以整体性分析为基础扩展宏观分析力、以自洽为基础增强外洽渗透力、以可持续为目的提升理论解释力才能获取"世界眼光"。以世界眼光重建马克思主义意识形态话语体系的关键在于把握整体性马克思主义,彰显马克思主义的人道话语和具有民族特色的思想精华,实现武装全党、教育人民、复兴民族、联通世界的根本目标。

The representation of ideology is the explanatory and theoretical discourse system which is contained the means of interpretation, value orientation, and practical reason of ideology. The reality claims that we must rebuild the ideological discourse system in a world view by the way breaking through the departed narrow vision. The theoretical basis of “the world view” is contained in the Marxism world-history theory and Wallerstein world- systems theory. The theoretical logic of them consists in the relationships between their logical starting point and unit of analysis, which could enlighten us to acquire “the world view” by the next three ways, extending macro analysis based on integrity analysis, enhancing the penetration based on self-consistent, and the aim for promoting theoretical explanatory power is sustainability. The key point of rebuilding the ideological discourse system in a world view is holding the integrity of Marxism, manifesting the Marxist discourse of humanism and the essential of thought of national features. The fundamental aims are arming the whole party, educating the people, reviving the nation, and connecting the world.
