摘要
为了研究沥青路面层间粘结性能,通过自行设计的室内剪切试验和拉拔试验,以抗剪强度和抗拉强度作为评价指标,分析各因素对沥青路面层间粘结性能的影响。研究结果表明:乳化沥青存在最佳用量,用量过多或过少都会在一定程度上降低层间粘结效果;随着层间污染物用量的增加,层问抗剪强度逐渐减小;层间抗剪强度和抗拉强度均对温度变化非常敏感,随着温度升高强度迅速下降,且两者的对数均与温度呈较好的线性相关关系;层间抗剪强度和抗拉强度之间具有较好的相关性。
In order to study the interlayer bond performance of asphalt pavement,shear strength and tensile strength were as evaluation indexes,self- designed shear test and pullout test were done to analyze the influence of various factors on the interlayer bond performance of asphalt pavement The results showed that emulsified asphalt had an optimal dosage,too much or too little could reduce interlayer bonding in a certain extent;interlayer shear strength decreased gradually with the increase of interlayer pollutant;interlayer shear strength and tensile strength were very sensitive to temperature change,strength decreased rapidly with increase of temperature,their logarithm showed a good linear relationship with temperature;interlayer shear strength and tensile strength had good correlation.
