基于低碳理论的城镇生态建设探讨

Discussion of town's ecological construction based on the low-carbon theory

人居环境是人类生存发展的依托,环境恶化问题引发的讨论一直是全球关注的热点问题,而低碳城镇建设则是针对这一问题做出的应对策略。基于低碳理论,结合国内外低碳城镇建设经验,提出优化城镇绿地结构、建设低碳景观、节约城镇物质及能源、倡导居民低碳生活等建设途径,以期为低碳城镇建设提出科学依据。

Human environment is the basis of humans＇ survival and development and the problem of environmental degradation is a hot topic concerned by the world. However, low-carbon towns construction is an important responsible countermeasure for this problem. Based on the low-carbon theory, connected with the experience of low-carbon town construction around the world, the paper proposed the approaches such as the optimization of urban green land structure, construction of the low-carbon landscape, economization of town materials and energy, and propaganda about the way of resident low-carbon life in order to provide the scientific basis for construction of low-carbon town.
