基质金属蛋白酶9基因1562C/T多态性与中国慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者关系的Meta分析 被引量:1

Meta-analysis of matrix metalloproteinase-9 gene 1562 C/T polymorphism with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Chinese patients

摘要 目的采用Meta分析系统评价基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)基因1562C/T多态性与COPD发病风险的相关性。方法检索PubMed、CochraneLibrary、CNKI和万方资源数据库中有关MMP-9基因1562C/T多态性与COPD发病风险的病例对照研究,检索时限为2014年9月。按照纳入、排除标准选择文献并进行质量评价。采用等位基因型(C vs T)以及共显性模型(CCvsTT,CTvsTT)、显性模型[(CT+CC)vs TT]和隐性模型[CC VS(CT+TT)]等遗传模型进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入5个病例对照研究。异质性检验提示所有研究均存在异质性,采用随机效应模型分析。Meta分析结果显示中国人群MMP-9基因1562C/T多态性与COPD易感性无关联(P值均〉0.05)。通过Bgger及Egger检验未见发表偏倚(P值均〉0.05)。结论现有证据表明,MMP-9基因1562C/T多态性与我国c0PD发病无明显相关,但上述结论仍需进一步证实。 Objective To evaluate the relation between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP 9) gene 1562 C/T polymorphism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by meta-analysis. Methods By searching PubMed, Cochrane Library, China Academic Journals Full-text database, and Wanfang database,we collect the case-control study on MMP-9 gene 1562 C/T polymorphism and COPD risk. Retrieval time for September 2014. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria to select and evaluate the quality of the literature. According to allele (C vs T) and co-dominant model (CC vs TT,CT vs TT),the dominant model E(CC+CT) vs TT3 and recessive model ECC vs (CT+TT)3 genetic model to meta- analysis. Results We included 5 case-control study. Heterogeneity test prompted there were no heterogeneity in all studies, so the random effect model were used. Meta analysis showed that MMP-9 gene 1562 C/T polymorphism in Chinese population is not associated with COPD susceptibility (all P〉0.05). By Bgger and Egger test to determine publication bias, the results showed that there have no publication bias(all P 〈0.05). Conclusions Available evidence suggests that, MMP-9 gene 1562 C/T polymorphism was no significant correlation with the incidence of COPE),but these conclusions need to be further confirmed.
