二手烟与支气管哮喘研究进展

Relationship between secondhand smoking and bronchail asthma

二手烟暴露是支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）发病的危险因素之一。长期二手烟暴露能够增加哮喘发作严重程度及病死率，且减弱对药物治疗的反应性。本文就哮喘二手烟暴露患者的流行病学、发病机制、治疗现状及二手烟检测方法作一综述。

Exposure to secondhand smoking is a well known risk factor for the onset of bronchial asthma （asthma）. Long-term exposure to secondhand smoking can increase the severity and mortality of asthma and diminish the responsing to treatment of drug. In this article, the epidemiology, pathogenesis and treatment of asthma of exposure to secondhand smoking and detection method of secondhand smoking are reviewed.
