摘要
新媒体的快速发展与广泛应用带给高校就业指导工作者新的机遇,同时也提出了新的挑战。由于新媒体工具的普及性、信息传播的即时性与交互性、指导形式的多样性以及管理的动态性,高校的就业工作更加需要完善的运行机制、专业化的工作队伍、丰富的就业指导形式以及正确的就业舆论引导,方能有效驾驭新媒体,建立起紧随市场的就业新平台,持续、稳定地提高就业工作水平。
New media provide new opportunities for college students' employment guidance. At the same time it also brings about new challenges. But because of the characteristics of the popularity,immediacy,interactivity,diversified guide format,and dynamic management process,perfect operation mechanism,professional teams,extensive guiding forms and correct public opinions on employment are needed for the effective use of new media based on which new employment platforms are built and employment-associated work will be promoted steadily and continuously.
