摘要
为考察自卑在大学生社会比较与成就动机中的中介作用,研究采用爱荷华-荷兰比较倾向量表(INCOM)、Flemimg和Courtney修订的自卑感量表、叶仁敏修订的成就动机量表,对安徽某高校400名大学生进行调查,收回有效问卷350份。结果显示,学生自卑与社会比较显著正相关(r=0.426,p<0.01),与成就动机显著负相关(r=-0.186,p<0.01);自卑在大学生能力比较、观点比较与避免失败因子之间均起着部分中介作用,中介效应分别为32.77%和31.35%。可见,自卑在大学生社会比较与成就动机之间起着部分中介作用。
Objective: To explore the association of achievement motivation with social comparison and inferiority in college students. Methods: By using measurement survey method, investigation was conducted among 400 college students. They were assessed with the Social Comparison Orientation (INCOM), the Feelings of Inadequacy Scale and Achievement Motivation Scale (AMS). Results: Inferiority is significant positively correlation with social comparison (r=0. 426, p〈0. 01) and it inversely correlation with achievement motivation (r=-0. 186, p〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Our findings may support the partial mediating role of inferiority in the relationship between social comparison and achievement motivation.
