摘要
音乐是一种具有治疗功能的艺术形式。音乐治疗起源于美国的卡萨斯大学,常见的治疗形式有接受式、参与式和即兴演奏式三种形式。音乐治疗在临床中主要应用于特殊儿童心理、抑郁和焦虑症心理以及各类生理疾病的治疗等领域,无论在心理还是生理上都取得了显著的治疗效果。音乐的治愈功能对于提升我国国民心理健康素质以及学校心理健康教育水平两方面能够起到有效的促进作用。因此,在大众和学校教育中应该普及音乐这种艺术形式。
Music is a kind of art, which has the function of cure. Music therapy includes three types, they are receptive music therapy, recreative music therapy and improvisational music therapy. Music therapy can be applied in exceptional children, de- pression, anxiety and so on. In addition, music therapy not only improve the national mental quality in our country , but also promote the development of school mental health education. Thus, we should spread music therapy in the public and in schools.
