Evaluation Method of Command Information System Performance Index Contribution Based on Grey Target Theory

由于指挥信息系统在现代战争中所扮演的重要角色,世界各国一直不遗余力的发展这一领域.提高各项性能指标是提升系统性能最直接的办法,然而如何在经费有限的条件下选取对系统性能影响较大的指标,从而进行有针对性的建设与发展,是一个非常值得研究的问题.对于该问题作了初步的研究,利用灰靶理论求解指标贡献度,结果较为可信.

Because of the important role of command information system in modern war,the countries in the word has spared no effort to develop this area all the time.Improving the performance index is the most direct way to improve system performance.This is a topic which is worth studying that how to choose the index which has a greater impact on system performance under the conditions of limited fund to carry out targeted construction and development. The paper has a preliminary study of the topic. Grey target theory is used to calculate index contribution degree and the result is reliable.
