CD200-CD200R信号在帕金森病发病中的作用及相关研究进展

摘要 帕金森病为老年人群第二常见的神经退行性疾病,其发病机制至今未明确。近年研究表明,炎性损伤在帕金森病发病中起重要作用。已有多项研究显示,小胶质细胞作为中枢神经系统主要的免疫细胞,其异常激活是介导帕金森病免疫炎性反应的主要机制。细胞-细胞间通过黏附分子的接触是阻断小胶质细胞激活、抑制免疫反应的一个重要因素。近来发现,这种接触抑制可能与细胞表面糖蛋白CD200与其受体CD200R的相互作用密切相关。明确CD200-CD200R信号在帕金森病中的作用机制,可能是帕金森病治疗的有效新途径。
