优质护理服务在产科临床工作中的应用探讨

High Quality Nursing Service Application in Obstetric Clinical Work

目的探讨优质护理服务在产科临床工作中的应用效果。方法选取永新县妇幼保健院于2013年11月至2015年2月收治的80例产妇,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予常规护理服务,观察组给予优质护理服务,观察两组患者护理后的护理满意度、住院时间、基础护理合格率、剖宫产率等,以此来比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、剖宫产率和基础护理合格率分别为95.0%、50.0%和95.0%,住院时间缩短至12.4±1.2,数据均优于对照组,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在产科临床工作中的应用效果显著,对提高患者满意度,帮助患者早日恢复身心健康具有重要意义,值得推广。

Conclusion High quality nursing care in obstetric clinical work the application effect is remarkable, to improve the patients＇ satisfaction, help patients early resumption of physical and mental health is of great significance, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
