Taking uncertainty evaluation as the research content,the paper introduces preparations of uncertainty evaluation,and describes two uncertainty evaluation methods in detection laboratory through two examples including testing water floating uncertainty evaluation through weighting method and testing total nitrogen in water with spectrophotometry method,with a view to provide some guidance.
