建筑物健康状态评估研究现状分析

摘要 分析了国内外对建筑物状况评估的研究成果,介绍了建筑物健康状态评估的步骤,总结了模型法、层次分析法、模糊评价法、人工神经网络法等各种评估方法的优缺点,提出发展方向。 The paper analyzes research achievements of domestic and foreign architectural condition assessment,introduces architectural healthy condition assessment procedures,and discusses merits and defects of various assessment methods,such as modeling method,hierarchical analysis method,fuzzy assessment method,and artificial neutral network method and so on,and finally points out its development tendency.
