摘要
利用Ansys对方箱电机三维温度场进行建模和计算分析,并参考《电机内的热交换》计算了各部分的散热系数,得出电机各部分的温度分布。根据分析结果指导电机定转子铁心的通风设计。并通过样机试制证明该分析结果具有一定指导性和可行性。
Modeling and computation analysis are taken for 3D temperature field of square-box motor by using Ansys. Referring to Heat Exchange inside the Motor, coefficient of heat release is calculated, then temperature distribution of each part of the motor is obtained. Ventilation design of iron core for stator and rotor is guided based on the analysis result. The analyzed conclusion is proved to be instructive and feasible through testing the sample.
