核电发电机空载励磁电流及电压畸变率有限元计算

Research on No-Load Field Current and Voltage Distortion Rate of 4-Pole Half-Speed Nuclear Power Generator by Finite-Element Calculation

摘要 采用了有限元方法对引进型四极半速核电发电机空载电磁场进行了计算分析,得到空载磁密、气隙磁密波形和空载电压波形。在此基础上,计算了此型发电机的空载励磁电流,并结合傅里叶分解的方法计算了定子电压畸变率。计算结果与试验相符,验证了此方法的准确性和可靠性。 The no-load electromagnetic field of an introduced type of 4-pole half-speed nuclear power generator is calculated and analyzed by finite-element method. The results of wave forms of no-load flux density, air-gap flux density and no-load voltage are obtained. On this basis, no-load field current of this type of generator is calculated and stator voltage distortion rate is analyzed by Fourier decomposition method. The calculation results are in conformity with test resuhs, which verifies accuracy and reliability of this method.
