摘要
简要介绍了高压水泵电机的基本参数,该电机采用开关变压器式进行软启动的方式和原理。着重对该电机在电网电压低的情况下因继电保护配合不当造成起动失败进行分析,并对其在不同电压下的起动压降进行详细计算,最终得出该电机不能正常起动的原因,通过电压补偿和继电保护等方式,使水泵电机能正常起动。
This paper briefly introduces basic parameters of the high-voltage water pump motor, describes method and theory of soft start conducted by switch transformer. Starting fail- ure of the motor caused by mismatch of the relay when the network voltage is too low is emphati- cally analyzed. Starting voltage drop of the motor under different voltage is calculated in detail, and the reason why the motor cannot start normally is obtained. By voltage compensation, relay protection and other methods, the water pump motor can normally start.
