摘要 直流侧电容电压的稳定是配电网静止同步补偿器(DSTATCOM)能够正常工作的前提条件。针对传统控制方法在直流侧电压建立过程中存在较大超调量和启动电流涌流的问题,从浮动调节直流侧电压参考值角度出发,设计一种简易模糊PI控制器,实现了DSTATCOM的阶梯渐变式无超调升压。该新型方法既解决了传统常规PI控制器对模型精确性要求较高、易引起超调和抗干扰能力差的问题,又有效地减少了一般模糊控制带来的时间延迟。对所提出的简易模糊PI控制策略进行MATLAB仿真,并制作一台容量为10k VA的DSTATCOM实验样机,通过仿真和实验验证了该新型直流侧电压控制策略的有效性和可行性。 The stability of DC-side capacitor voltage is the prerequisite that distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) can work properly. In order to solve the problems of the traditional control method which includes large amounts of overshoot and starting current during the establishment of DC-side voltage, a simple fuzzy PI controller is designed. The controller is from the angle of regulating DC-side voltage reference value, and achieves the effect of ladder type non-overshoot boost of DSTATCOM. The new method not only resolves the problems of the conventional PI controller which requests the higher precision of models, and easily leads to overshoot and the poor ability to resist dis- turbance, but also reduces latency time brought by the general fuzzy control effectively. The proposed simple fuzzy con- trol strategy is verify by MATLAB and a self-made 10kVA DSTATCOM experimental prototype, and the results prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the new DC-side control strategy.
