摘要
文章所研究的复合绝缘子憎水性在线检测装置集合了多种技术为一体,包括数字图像处理技术、计算机软件技术和远程无线信号控制与传输等技术,将其安装到需要定期在线检测的复合绝缘子上后,每次检测均能实现自动化过程,避免了以往每次测量均由人工登塔操作的繁琐以及人为因素造成的误差。通过使用本装置和传统喷水分级法分别对三组复合绝缘子的憎水性等级进行了测试,两种方法的测试结果完全相互吻合,证明了本装置测量的准确性与可靠性。自装置研制成功以来,经为期5个月的复合绝缘子憎水性在线定期检测,综合分析所得数据并得出相关结论,最后进行了后期展望。本装置能让电力工作者及时掌握线路运行复合绝缘子憎水性变化趋势,为输电线路状态检修提供准确而有力的依据。
The hydrophobicity of composite insulators on-line detecting device based on the collection of a variety of advanced technology as a whole, including digital image processing technology, software technology and the remote wireless signal control and transmission technology. Installing it to the composite insulator which needs regular monito- ring after detection, can realize the automation process, and avoid tedious manual operation and human errors made in the previous measurement. By using the device and spray method respectively in three groups of composite insulator hydrophobicity rank test,the results of two methods are completely consistent, prove the accuracy and reliability of the device measurement. Since the device is developed, after on-line hydrophobicity detection regularly for 5 months, the data is analyzed and relevant conclusions are obtained, and finally the outlook is concluded. The device can make the power workers to master the operation of composite insulator hydrophobic condition, provide accurate and effective ba-sis for condition based maintenance of transmission line.
