摘要
基于智能用电双向交互技术,研究了包括储能设备的几类典型用电负荷的柔性工作模式和最优用电策略。基于实时电价方案,给出优化调度算法,让用电设备能自动地通过智能终端改变其用电负荷大小,甚至是以反送电的方式工作。所提出的优化调度算法既保证用户利益最大化,又能保证峰平比最小,从而实现削峰填谷。仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。
Based on intelligent bi-directional interactive operation of the smart grid, this paper investigates the flexible working mode and the optimal dispatch strategy for some kinds of typical loads including electricity storage. Using real-time electricity price, an optimal dispatch algorithm is proposed, which automatically shifts the load and even gen- erates electricity maximization but through an inteUigent device. The proposed algorithm can guarantee that not only the users' benefit also minimize the peak-average ratio to achieve peaking-avoiding and valley-filling. Simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
