作为社会主义新农村建设的重要力量的大学生村官,在为农村经济发展增速提供支持和弘扬先进文化方面发挥着不可替代的作用。但由于受到选拔和任用政策、实际工作地、高校教育和培养、大学生村官自身等多种因素的制约,其应有作用尚未得到充分发挥,需要进一步强化制度创新、落实培养措施、履行高校职能、加强角色认同,为大学生村官的成长开展针对性工作。
