《伤寒论》三阳合病治疗浅析

Brief Analysis of Treatment of Concurrent Disease of Three Yang Meridians in Treatise on Cold Damage

《伤寒论》中论述合病的治疗要遵循六经病的治疗原则,如太阳病宜发汗外解,少阳病宜用和解之法,阳明病宜用下法。然在遵循六经病的治疗原则的同时,也要重视三阳经各经治法的禁忌,如太阳病禁下法,少阳病禁汗、吐、下法,阳明病禁汗法等,违反治疗原则和禁忌,则易出现变证、坏证,甚至加重病情,危及生命。在遵循相应的治则治法情况下,"临证中当注意症状的主次先后,详审病机,分轻重缓急",从而判断是以哪经病变为主,哪经病变为从,同时要协调相互间的矛盾,在解决主要矛盾的同时兼顾次要矛盾。

In Treatise on Cold Damage,the treatment of concurrent disease should be in line with the therapeutic principle of six-meridian disease. For instance,inducing sweating and dispelling exterior pathogens for Taiyang disease; harmonizing method for Shaoyang disease; Purging method for Yangming disease. However,at the same time of being accorded with the therapeutic principle of sixmeridian disease,the treatment taboos of each Sanyang merdian should also be valued. For example,purging method is prohibited for Taiyang disease; sweating,vomiting and purging methods are prohibited for Shaoyang disease; sweating method is prohibited for Yangming disease. If the therapeutic principles and toboos are violated,deteriorated syndrome,aggravation of disease may appear and even threaten life. Therefore,under the condition of obeying the therapeutic principles and methods, ＂ in clinic,the primary and the secondary are to be distinguished,pathogenesis to be carefully studied,and the seriousness and the urgent and the chronic to be identified ＂ so as to determine which meridian is the mainly affected one and which meridian is the subordinate. The contradiction between each other should be coordinated and primary and secondary contradictions should be considered simultaneously.
