The Application of Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction in Skin Disease

桂枝汤是《伤寒论》太阳证的第一方,临床常从解肌祛风,调和营卫方向着手,来治疗外感表虚证。本文从"营卫不和,卫表不固"角度来辨证有桂枝汤证加减症候的皮肤病,以黄芪桂枝五物汤、桂枝加附子汤等为例,只要方证合拍,临床常获奇效。

Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction is regarded as the first prescription of treating taiyang symptoms recorded in Treatise on Cold-Damaged Diseases. In clinical practice,exogenous exterior deficiency symptoms are often treated with relieving muscles to eliminate wind and regulating yingqi and weiqi. This article takes Decoction of Astragali seu Hedysari and Ramuli Cinnamomi of Five Ingredients,Decoction of Ramuli Cinnamomi and Aconiti Praeparatae,etc. as examples to treat skin diseases which show symptoms of Modified Ramuli Cinnamomi Decoction from aspect of weakness of weiqi due to disharmony of yingqi and weiqi.These cases show that as long as a prescription is suitable for certain symptom,the clinical curative effect will be very wonderful.
