参麦荣心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭60例

Sixty Cases with Chronic Heart Failure Treated with Shenmai Rongxin Decoction

目的:观察参麦荣心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,并根据患者具体情况相应对症处理。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用参麦荣心汤口服。结果:治疗组有效率为98.31%,对照组有效率为84.51%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后心功能指标LVESV与LVEDV显著减小,LVEF与LVSV显著增加,且治疗后治疗组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组血浆中BNP浓度治疗后均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦荣心汤能明显提高慢性性心力衰竭的临床疗效,降低患者血浆中BNP水平,有效改善心功能。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Shenmai Rongxin Decoction on chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods： 120 cases with CHF were randomized into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment and symptomatic treatment according to individual conditions. Treatment group were added with oral administration of Shenmai Rongxin Decoction. Results： The effective rate was 98. 31% in treatment group and 84. 51% in control group;the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the indicators of LVESV and LVEDV as well as the concentration of BNP in serum declined significantly in both groups,while LVEF and LVSV increased markedly,and the treatment group were better than control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shenmai Rongxin Decoction can remarkably enhance the clinical effects on CHF,reduce the leve of BNP in the serum and effectively improve the heart function.
