复方丹参注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死42例

Compound Danshen Injection Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction for Treating Forty-two Cases with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察复方丹参注射液联合补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将84例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补阳还五汤。比较两组疗效以及治疗前后NIHSS评分和ADL评分情况。结果:观察组有效率为97.62%,对照组有效率为83.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NIHSS评分显著低于治疗前以及对照组治疗后,观察组ADL评分显著高于治疗前以及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参注射液联合补阳还五汤药物治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,还可明显缓解病患神经功能以及日常生活能力。

Objective： To study the clinical effects of Compound Danshen Injection combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on acute cerebral infarction（ ACI）. Methods： 84 cases with ACI were randomized into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment,control group were given Compound Danshen Injection and treatment group were added with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The scores of NIHSS and ADL before and after the treatment in both groups were compared. Results： The effective rate was 97. 62% in observation group and 83. 33% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The score of NIHSS in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment as well as control group. And the score of ADL in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment as well as control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Danshen Injection combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has remarkable effects on ACI and can significantly relieve the nervous function of the patients and their capability of daily life.
