Three Hundred and Seventy-Six Cases of Common Chronic Respiratory Diseases Treated with Point Mounting Method Together with Paste

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合膏方防治反复发作的呼吸系统常见疾病的临床疗效。方法:对376例反复发作呼吸道疾病的患者应用中药穴位贴敷联合膏方治疗,以治疗前后的年发病次数、年累计发病时间、发病时的症状评分为观察指标。结果:治疗2 a的疗效优于1 a的疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同病程组的疗效比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),病程越短,疗效越明显。各病种的治疗均有明显效果,同病程组、疗程相同的不同病种的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合膏方防治反复感冒、慢性咳嗽、变应性鼻炎、支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等多种慢性呼吸系统疾病疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of point mounting method together with paste on common chronic respiratory diseases with recurrent episodes. Methods： Three hundred and seventy-six cases of common chronic respiratory diseases with recurrent episodes were treated with point mounting method together with paste. Then the annual onset number,the accumulated annual onset time and onset symptom score before and after the treatment were observed. Results： The curative effect of 2years＇ treatment was better than that of 1 year＇s; And the difference had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in curative effects of different disease courses groups also had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）; The shorter the disease course,the better.All kinds of diseases had obvious curative effects; The differences in curative effects between groups of the same disease,and different diseases with the same medical course had no statistical meaning（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Point mounting method together with paste has good curative effect on many common chronic respiratory diseases with recurrent episodes including cold,chronic cough,chronic cough,allergic rhinitis,bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
