三黄屏风膏穴位贴敷联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿脾虚泄泻45例

Infantile Diarrhea Due to Spleen Deficiency Treated with Acupoint Application of Sanhuang Pingfeng Plaster Combined with Smecta: a study of 45 cases

目的:观察三黄屏风膏穴位贴敷联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法:选择86例脾虚泄泻患儿随机分为两组,其中对照组41例,给予蒙脱石散口服;治疗组45例,在对照组基础上,选取肺俞、膈腧、膻中、神阙等穴位予三黄屏风膏贴敷,每次10 h,每天贴敷1次。两组均以7 d为1疗程。结果:治疗组显效23例,有效15例,无效7例,有效率为84.44%;对照组显效12例,有效18例,无效11例,有效率为73.17%。两组有效率比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三黄屏风膏穴位贴敷联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿脾虚泄泻,疗效确切,安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of Sanhuang Pingfeng Plaster combined with Smecta on infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency. Methods： 86 cases with infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were randomized into control group（ 41 cases） orally given Montmorillonite Powder and treatment group（ 45 cases） additionally given acupoint application of Sanhuang Pingfeng Plaster on Feishu,Geshu,Danzhong,Shenque,etc,10 h each time,once plastering every day,5 d as a treatment course. Results： In treatment group,23 cases showed excellent effects; 15 cases were effective; 7 cases were ineffective;the effective rate was 84. 44%. In control group,12 cases showed excellent effects; 17 cases were effective; 11 cases were ineffective; the effective rate was 73. 17%. By comparison,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application of Sanhuang Pingfeng Plaster combined with Smecta has exact and reliable therapeutic effects on infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency.
