柏子养心丸联合西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症后抑郁29例

Twenty-Nine Cases of Post-Schizophrenic Depression Treated with Seminis Biotae Pill for Nourishng Heart in Combination with Citalopram

目的:观察柏子养心丸联合西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各29例。对照组给予西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予柏子养心丸治疗。结果:观察组有效率93.10%,对照组有效率为79.31%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柏子养心丸联合西酞普兰治疗精神分裂症后抑郁临床疗效显著,能提高患者对药物的耐受性,不良反应轻。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Seminis Biotae Pill for Nourishng Heart in combination with citalopram on post-schizophrenic depression. Methods： Fifty-eight patients with post-schizophrenic depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with citalopram,while the ones in the observation group were added Seminis Biotae Pill for Nourishng Heart on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 93. 10%,while that of the control group was 79. 31%; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Seminis Biotae Pill for Nourishng Heart in combination with citalopram has good clinical curative effect on post-schizophrenic depression,and can improve patients＇ tolerance to drugs and has light adverse reaction.
