加味丹寿汤合地屈孕酮片治疗原因不明复发性流产50例

Fifty Cases of Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Treated with Jiawei Danshou Decoction in Combination with Dydrogesterone

目的:观察加味丹寿汤合地屈孕酮片治疗原因不明复发性流产的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为对照组1、对照组2和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组1口服加味丹寿汤,对照组2口服地屈孕酮片,治疗组口服加味丹寿汤联合地屈孕酮片。比较各组临床疗效、治疗前后症状、体征的改善情况及胚胎存活率。结果:治疗后治疗组在临床疗效、中医证候积分、中医证候疗效及孕65 d与孕12周胚胎存活率方面均优于对照组1和对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组1与对照组2比较,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味丹寿汤合地屈孕酮片能明显提高原因不明复发性流产患者的临床疗效,提高孕65 d及孕12周胎儿存活率。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Danshou Decoction（ JWDSD） in combination with dydrogesterone on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods： One hundred and fifty patients were randomly divided into the 1st control group,the 2nd control group,the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones in the 1st control group were given JWDSD for oral administration; The ones in the 2nd control group were given dydrogesterone for oral administration; The ones in the treatment group were given JWDSD in combination with dydrogesterone for oral administration. Then the clinical curative effects,the symptoms before and after the treatment,the improved physical signs and embryo survival rates of both groups were compared. Results： After the treatment,he clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome curative effect,the embryo survival rates of 65 days＇ pregnancy and 12 weeks＇ of the treatment group were better than those of the 1st control group and the2 nd control group; And the differences between the 3 groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in the above indicators between the 1st control group and the 2nd control group also had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：JWDSD in combination with dydrogesterone can improve the clinical curative effect on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,the embryo survival rates of 65 days＇ pregnancy and 12 weeks＇.
