中西医结合治疗慢性鼻炎76例

Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy for Treating 76 Cases with Chronic Rhinitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将152例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各76例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予补中益气汤。结果:观察组有效率为96.05%,对照组有效率为76.32%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度及血细胞比容均明显低于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性鼻炎可有效改善鼻部血液循环,减少黏膜充血水肿,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western Medicine therapy on chronic rhinitis. Methods： 152 cases were randomized into observation group and control group,76 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment and observation group were added with Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction for the treatment. Results： The effective rate was 96. 05% in observation group and 76. 32% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The difference in JOA score and pain score between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and haematocrit in observation group were lower than these in control group; he difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating chronic rhinitis,integrative Chinese and western medicine therapy can effectively improve the nasal blood circulation,decrease the mucosal hyperemia and edema,and improve the clinical therapeutic effects.
