葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变43例

The Application of Puerarin Injection into Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuro-pathy

目的:观察葛根素注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组给予控制饮食、运动疗法、健康宣教及常规药物治疗的综合疗法,严格控制血糖,观察组在对照组的基础上加用葛根素注射液配合治疗,治疗4周。结果:治疗后两组患者正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经的运动传导速度(MNCV)和感觉传导速度(SNCV)均有所恢复,观察组效果更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为79.1%,对照组有效率为51.2%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根素对于改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经传导速度效果明显,有利于提高临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of puerarin injection on diabetic peripheral neuro-pathy（ DPN）. Methods： Eighty-six patients with DPN were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given comprehensive therapy including diet control,movement,health education and routine medicine in order to control blood sugar strictly. The ones in the observation group were added puerarin injection for 4weeks on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： Median nerve,motor conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of common fibular nerve and tibial nerve of patients in both groups were all recovered to some degree; The observation group was much more significantly; And the differences between them had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Puerarin can greatly improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients with DPN,and enhance clinical curative effect.
