中医护理对腹部手术患者术后胃肠道功能及睡眠质量的影响

Influence of TCM Nursing on Gastrointestinal Function and Sleeping Quality of Patients After Abdominal Operation

目的:观察中医护理对腹部手术患者术后胃肠道功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:将610例行腹部手术患者随机分为对照组300例和观察组310例,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者同时接受中医护理措施,比较两组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况、并发症发生率及睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者术后肠鸣音出现时间、进流食时间、排气及首次排便时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率分别为4.5%和9.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d匹斯堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分及总分显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹部手术患者进行中医护理可促进胃肠道功能恢复,改善睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective： To observe the influence of TCM nursing on gastrointestinal function and sleeping quality of patients after abdominal operation. Methods： 610 cases after abdominal operation were randomly divided into control group（ 300 cases） and observation group（ 310 cases）. Control group were given routine nursing and observation group were added with TCM nursing. The recovery condition of the gastrointestinal function,occurrence rate of complications and sleeping quality after operation were compared between two groups. Results： The appearance time of bowel sound,taking liquid food,exhaust and the first defecation in observation group were all much earlier than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）; The occurrence rate of complications in observation group and control group were 4. 5% and 9. 3% respectively; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. All scores of PSQI on 3ir days after operation in observation group were much lower than those in control groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing for patients after abdominal operation greatly promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve sleeping quality and decrease the occurrence of complications.
