摘要
采用TIG焊接对新型模具钢(HHD)进行焊接修补,对焊接接头采用脉冲处理,研究脉冲时间对焊接接头显微组织、显微硬度、拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随着脉冲时间的增加,焊接接头的晶粒细化,焊缝的显微硬度和焊接接头的横向硬度增大,同时其拉伸强度和延伸率也增大。当脉冲时间为480 ms时,其焊缝硬度为310 HV,焊接接头横向硬度310 HV,抗拉强度增加到999 MPa,延伸率6.4%。
In.this paper, a new type of die steel(HHD) is repaired by TIG welding,and the pulse treatment is used for welded joints to study the effect of pulse time on the microstnlcture,microhardness and tensile strength of welded joints. The results show that as the pulse time increases,the grain size of welded joints decreases; the microhardness of weld and tile lateral hardness,tensile strength and elongation of welded joints increase. When the pulse time is 480 ms,the weld hardness reaches 310 HV,lateral hardness of welded joints reaches 310 HV,tensile strength increases to 999 MPa and the elongation is 6.4%.
