摘要
归纳及总结单相单级APFC的主电路拓扑。针对直耦式Boost APFC电路在高压、高频场合开关管损耗大、功率传输效率不高以及功率密度低等问题,分析三种基于新技术的改进型电路拓扑:多电平、交错并联及无桥APFC电路拓扑;同时归纳了磁耦式APFC电路拓扑,该类型电路拓扑具有电气隔离、电压等级变换以及多路输出等优点,重点分析基于Boost型的正激APFC电路拓扑和全桥APFC电路拓扑的结构特点及优缺点。
The main circuit topology of single-phase single-stage APFC is eoncluded and summarized in this paper. For direct coupling Boost APFC circuit has some problems in high voltage and high frequency,sueh as large switch tube loss,not high power transfer efficiency and low power density,three kinds of improved circuit topologies based on new technology are analyzed:muhilevel, staggered parallel and bridgeless APFC circuit topology.And the magnetic coupling type APFC circuit topology is also summarized. This type of circuit topology has some advantages of electrical isolation,voltage grade transformation and muhiple outputs.The structural features and advantages and disadvantages of normal shock APFC circuit topology based on the Boost and the whole bridge APFC circuit topology APFC circuit topology are analyzed.
