摘要
利用激光共聚焦显微镜获得的金相图像对2219铝合金的焊缝微气孔进行了量化分析和统计评定,分析铝合金焊缝气孔形成与分布的特点,与断口面的气孔量化结果进行对比,指出焊缝局域位置的气孔率对焊接接头性能的不利影响,并提出拟以2%及以上的气孔率作为接头性能预测和失效分析的一个定量依据,是对包括X射线探测在内的焊缝气孔人眼分辨与评定的必要补充。
A quantitative analysis and statistical evaluation for 2219 aluminum alloy weld micro pores are conducted by using images from metallurgical colffocal laser scanning microscopy. The formation characteristics and distribution of porosity in aluminum weld are pointed out. Compared with pore quantitative result of fracture surfaces,it may turn out that weld porosity in local position has adverse effect on the welding joint performance if it would be more than 2%. The method and result may be considered as a quantitative basis for joint performance prediction and failure analysis.
