摘要
使用类似K型热电偶测量不同薄板焊缝接头在GTAW焊接过程中热影响区温度的分布。对比通过有限元分析软件建立的三维有限元模拟测量板材的温度分布情况。由于热电偶与熔合线接近且冷却速度相似,证明实验和仿真结果吻合,尤其表现在热影响区的微观组织上。另外,还可在焊接过程缺少填充材料时,观察峰值温度和不同材料的冷却速度。
Use similar type K thermocouple to measure different sheet weld joint in heat 'affected zone temperature distribution in the process of GTAW welding. The temperature distribution of three dimensional finite element simulation of measuring plate at the same time by comparing the finite element analysis software to establish. The thermocouple and the fusion line near and cooling rate are similar,prove that the experimental and simulation results agree,especially the microstructure in the heat affected zone. In addition, also the lack of filling material in the welding process, the observation of the peak temperature and cooling rate of different materials.
