基于有限元非承重十字焊接接头在单侧加固下的应力强度分析

摘要 研究单侧CFRP布对含焊趾裂纹非承重十字焊接接头加固的影响,采用有限元法分析CFRP层数、初始裂纹深度、CFRP与黏结剂弹性模量对裂纹尖端处应力强度因子Kl的影响。结果表明:CFRP层数的增加会增大未加固侧裂纹尖端处Kl,减小加固侧裂纹尖端处Kl;初裂纹深度增加会减小异侧裂纹尖端处Kl,增加同侧裂纹尖端处Kl;CFRP、黏结剂的弹性模量的增加会增大未加固侧裂纹尖端处Kl,降低加固侧裂纹尖端处Kl。 Stress intensity factors (SIFs)of mode-1 (KI) of non-load-canoeing crucitorm welded joints with defects were studied. Analysis of CFRP layers, the initial crack depth, the impact of CFRP and adhesive elastic modulus of the crack tip stress intensity factors was investigated by using the finite element method. The results show that increasing the number of layers of CFRP side of the crack tip will increase the crack tip of unreinforced side, but reduce the crack tip of reinforced side;increasing early crack depth will reduce the opposite side of the crack tip, but increase the ipsilateral crack tip;increased CFRP and elastic modulus adhesive will increase the side of the crack tip which is not reinforced, but reduce the crack tip of reinforced side.
