摘要
分析了中电投山西铝业公司氧化铝串联之烧结工艺生产中出现的系列问题与生料浆成分存在的相关性,探讨如何通过改变烧结生料浆的成分配比来解决生产中出现的问题。参考烧结高铝粉煤灰制取氧化铝相关企业的生料浆配方,探索本企业生料浆成分的优化方案。并理论分析了利用本企业自备电厂产生的高铝粉煤灰调制生料浆,改善烧结法物料特性,达到增产、节能及废弃物资源性再利用的可能性。
The correlation between the typical problems in sintering procedure of Series sintering process and the composition of raw slurry is mainly ana. lyzed in this paper, based on the data from Shanxi Aluminum Company Limited of China Power Investment Corporation, how to solve problems appeared in the actual production process by changing the component ratio of raw slurry in sintering procedure are discussed. After analysis of raw slurry formulation with high - alumina fly ash in Series sintering process from related enterprises, optimal scheme of components of the raw slurry in this enterprise is re- searched. Based on the theory, the possibilities of increasing production, saving energy and reusing waste materials by raw slurry mixing with high - alu- mina fly ash from the self - supply power plant in this enterprise are analyzed to improve material characteristics of sintering procedure.
