摘要
利用硫酸法提取粉煤灰中氧化铝,必须对浸出液进行除铁处理。本文综述了重结晶法、高锰酸钾氧化沉淀法、亚铁氰化钾和铁氰化钾沉淀法、有机物络合沉淀法及有机物萃取法等除铁方法的原理与特点,其中有机物络合沉淀法和萃取法是当前研究的热点。最后提出了利用粉煤灰中和浸出液进行除铁的新方法,有利于降低成本,同时可提高资源利用率。
Extracting alumina from fly ash by sulfuric acid method is considered to have good application prospect, but it must remove iron from leaching liquid. In this paper the principles and characteristics of some iron removing methods are reviewed such as recrystallization method, potassium permanga- nate oxidation precipitation, potassium ferrocyanide and potassium ferricyanide precipitation, organic complexing precipitation and the extraction of organic compounds, in which the organic complexing precipitation and extraction of organic compounds are a hotspot of current research. Finally the new methods of neutralization sulphate leach liquors of fly ash to remove iron is proposed, which is beneficial to reduce costs and improve resource utilization.
