根据铝土矿选矿生产提出的高效率、优指标等要求,开发基于Profibus-DP现场总线为控制方式、Siemens PLC300为核心的自控系统,并介绍了控制系统的硬件组态、参数设置、程序编写的过程。本控制系统已应用于选矿生产现场半年之久,实践表明:该控制系统稳定性好,方便操作,易于维护,自动化程度较高。

According to the requirements of high efficiency and good index in production of bauxite dressing, the automatic controlling system is developed which Prnfibus - DP bus is as controlling method and Siemens PLC300 is as the core of control system. Then the process of hardware configuration, pa- rameter setting, and coding programming about controlling system are introduced. This controlling system has been applied to the dressing production for six months, the practice shows that this controlling system is characterized by well stability, convenient operation, convenient maintains and high automa- tion.
