准纳米WC粉的试制

Production of Quasi Nanometer Tungsten Carbide Powder

摘要 本文选择两批不同超细APT为原料,通过优化工艺在回转炉内调整工艺参数制备出BET粒度小于300 nm的纳米WO3,然后将WO3在还原炉内通过逆氢低温快速还原工艺制取BET粒度小于100 nm的纳米钨粉,最后以纳米钨粉为原料利用低温快速碳化法生产出BET粒度小于200 nm的准纳米WC粉。通过费氏法、氮吸附法进行粉末粒度检测,采用扫描电镜进行粉末的形貌分析。结果表明,以2.5μm超细APT为原料通过优化传统工艺可以制备出BET粒度0.15μm的准纳米WC粉。 Submicron tungsten trioxide powder with BET size of less than 300 nm was prepared in rotary furnace by the process with optimized process parameters using two kinds of superfine APT as raw material. Then nanometer tungsten powder with BET size of less than 100 nm was made from the tungsten trioxide in reduction furnace through inverse cryogenic hydrogen reduction process. Finally quasi nanometer tungsten carbide powder with BET size of less than 200 nm was produced using the nanometer tungsten powder by rapid low temperature carbonization process. Powder particle size was measured by Fisher method and nitrogen adsorption method. Powder morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the quasi nanometer WC powder with BET size of 0.15 μm can be prepared using the ultrafine APT with particle size of 2.5 μm by the optimized traditional process.
