The Analysis of Structural Factors behind Political Communication During the Transformation period: from the Perspective of Spiritual Interaction Theory of Marxism

政治沟通是理解全部政治的关键。政治沟通分析的兴起与现代传播技术的发展密切相关,其经典分析范式是多伊奇基于信息论和控制论的分析框架。从传播的角度,政治沟通可以理解为政治信息通过一定的传播媒介在不同政治主体之间有效地传递和交流的过程。按照马克思主义精神交往理论,分析政治沟通绝不应局限在政治信息在传播要素间自然流动的过程或状态,而要把它放在具体的社会框架下去分析、发现制约沟通的结构性因素。

Political communication is the key to understand all the political. The rise of political communi-cation analysis is closely related to the development of modern communication technology, and the classical an-alytical paradigm is Deutsch analysis framework which is based on information theory and cybernetics. It is ex-actly based on this condition that the researchers tend to simplify the process of political communication for the study of analyzing the relationship between the transmission factors, such as the study of political communication channels, but it completely out of the historical background and social context. From the per-spective of communication, political communication can be understood as political information which transfers through certain media effectively and communicates between different political subjects. According to the spirit of Marxism intercourse theory, analysis of political communication shouldn＇t be limited in the political informa-tion in the spread of natural flow, but to put it in the specific social framework and then analyze and find the structural factors of restricting communication.
