根据目前光伏电价、各地区光伏利用小时数及目前光伏电站建设成本等,分析了资本金财务内部收益率,从而得出保证盈利条件下各地区最低利用小时数的要求,为我国光伏电站项目投资决策提供依据。

According to the current photovoltaic electricity price,the photovltaic annual utilization hours in various regions and the current construction cost of photovoltaic power station,the financial internal rate of return of capital funds was analyzed. Then the data of the minimum annual utilization hours in various regions under profit condition were obtained, which provide a foundation for investment decision of domestic photovoltaic power station project.
