摘要
以实现AP1000核岛中压和低压负载中心受电为目标,确定了核岛倒送电的研究方法。围绕控制功能的实现开展研究,确定了核岛倒送厂用电基本电仪系统范围,从工程管理的角度总结了倒送电期间设计、采购、建造各环节需要关注的问题,有针对性地提出了改进意见,推动了AP1000核岛倒送电节点的实现。
In order to successfully power AP1000 nuclear island's medium and low voltage load center,we adopted the inverse power transmission research method,took normal control function as research object,and defined the range of basic electric instrument system of inverse power transmission plant on nuclear island. Based on this,we concluded,in aspect of project management,major problems that may happened during each process of inverse power transmission,designing,procurement and construction and derived constructive suggestions for improvement,which enhanced reaching IE milestone of AP1000 nuclear island project.
